The Daintree Annex takes roof tent annexes to the next level. It is made from real canvas and has all the features you would expect of a Gordigear annex, such as a removable floor, vehicle access through a rear wall hatch, insect proof screens and high quality materials. So you can sleep additional campers, store equipment or set up your change room and camp shower without having to worry about the elements or campside neighbours.
But the Daintree Annex does so much more. Huge openings on all three sides can be used as doors or fully enclosed, so you can enter the tent from whichever direction required, a very handy feature if you use a vehicle awning with your roof tent setup. The door flaps double up as awnings (two poles are included), providing additional shade on sunny days. An ingenious sleeve design allows the annex height to be adjusted for vehicle heights of between 185cm - 205cm. For even higher install heights, extensions are available. The main tent's panorama window, which is located in the covered entrance section, is designed to extract hot air, so the annex area can now also be used as a place to cook, without fumes entering the sleeping compartment. As with all our products, the Daintree Annex sets up in minutes and, when not in use, stores in a backpack sized storage bag. We offer this product in different widths: 140cm, 165cm, 180cm and 220cm.
